I’m Koray, and I’m an Explorer.

I've never been a person who accepts what is there. I always wanted to make it better. At 7, I built a playground in our neighborhood. At 20, I built a hospital for leukemia kids. I’ve lived in 4 continents, 10 different countries, and relocated more than 20 times. Looking back, I see that I was trying to find my happy place.

We're building a home for our community--an environment of connection, balance, and beauty. Our home will be both digital and in real locations all over the world.

For me, LEADIA was the main discovery of 2022. If you look closely at the concept of the project, you will realize that Smart City is more than just a comfortable place to live and work. In fact, it's a unique opportunity to be surrounded by incredibly productive people with similar perspectives on life. And that's exactly what I need right now.
